What is the minimum contract period?
There is NO Contract period, the service is offered on a month-to-month basis
Is there a discount for paying annually instead of monthly?
Yes, we offer 2 Months Discount on Annual Payments
Can I cancel the package at any time? If so, are there any penalties?
NO Penalties, you can cancel at anytime, you just need to give us 30days notice

What kind of website designs do you offer?
We can design ANY type of website you require, but our R499 monthly package however is limited to a normal business website
What is the typical timeline for designing and launching a website?
From the date we receive all the content for your website, it takes us 5-7 working days to design your site.
Can I see examples of websites you’ve designed?
Yes, of course. Please send us an email requesting what type of designs we can show you.
Will my website be custom-designed or based on a template?
We custom design your website to fit your brand image, but you can always show us a template for us to use as a guideline.
How many revisions are included in the design process?
Unlimited, within reason. We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your design.
Will the website be mobile-friendly and responsive?
Yes, 100%. Mobile is no longer a discussion, it is a requirement.
Can you design my website to match my existing branding?
Yes, 100%. Your website should reflect not only your brand design but also your brand image & tone.
Can you assist with landing pages for online advertising campaigns?
Yes. Any ads campaign requires not only high-converting landing pages, but also on-going CRO – Conversion Rate Optimization

What features are included in the package (e.g., blog, contact forms, galleries, e-commerce)?
All standard features you would expect on a professional website design is included. Please see our Shopping Cart Package here
Can I add more features to the website later? If so, what is the cost?
Yes, any other additional features can be added, but cost will depend on exactly what those feature requirements are.
Will my website be SEO-friendly?
Yes, every website is SEO friendly, but friendly is a very broad term. If you want your website to rank at the top of the search results for specific keywords, please see our SEO Services here.
Do you provide content management system (CMS) access for me to update the website myself?
Yes, we provide full access to WordPress, which is the our preferred CMS platform.
Is e-commerce functionality included in the package?
NO. Please see our Shopping Cart Package here. Alternatively for Custom eCommerce Features, please contact us with your request.
Can you integrate my website with social media platforms?
Yes, it is important to integrate all platforms with one another
Maintenance & Support
What kind of support do you offer after the website is live?
We offer Full Support. We monitor your website’s security, update code & offer monthly maintenance
How do I contact support if I have an issue with my website?
Best is to email support@webpartner.co.za for us to assist
Are website updates and maintenance included in the monthly fee?
Yes, we offer 1Hr Monthly updates and maintenance for you to send any changes you require.
What is your response time for support requests?
We attend to requests immediately! But for larger technical or website updates, max. 2 business days.
Do you offer backups and security monitoring?
Yes, we backup and monitor security threats daily. We protect and improve our security against malicious attacks daily.
Performance & Optimization
Will my website be optimized for speed and performance?
Yes, but while every effort is made to ensure fast loading times during the design process, we recommend our SEO services for more technical & advanced speed optimization.
How do you handle website analytics and tracking?
Analytics setup & integration is not part of our R499p/m website design package, but we can provide you with WebStats on traffic and visitors. For more advanced in-depth data analysis through GA4 – Google Analytics, please email us analytics@webpartner.co.za
Content & Ownership
Do you provide content creation services (e.g., copywriting, images)?
Yes. We have a Stock Library of images we use for your site and with the advancement of ai and chatgpt, we can assist with basic content writing.
Can I update the website content myself?
Yes, you have full access to the website to update it yourself.
Who owns the website and its content if I decide to cancel the package?
We own the website design, but we can give you ownership of the website at a fee. The cost is calculated on the length of your subscription, size of site and scope of development we have completed.
Hosting & Domain
Is website hosting included in the package?
Yes, 5GB web & email hosting is inlcuded.
Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes, we can point or transfer your current domain.
Do you offer domain registration services?
Yes, we are an official .co.za Domain Registrar in South Africa.
What happens to my domain and hosting if I cancel the package?
You have a few options. You can keep your domain name and just pay the annual domain renewal fee or we can downgrade your package to hosting only, which includes annual domain renewal or you can terminate everything all together.
Customization & Scalability
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package as my business needs change?
Yes you can upgrade or downgrade as per your requirements.
Do you offer custom development services if I need additional functionality?
Yes, we offer custom code development for any additional or custom functions.
How scalable is the website if my business grows?
Very scalable. The website can be upgraded and scaled to an enterprise site.
Billing & Payment
How are monthly payments processed?
Your subscription is on debit order for ease of use.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt for each payment?
Yes, you receive an Invoice & Receipt and you can also request a Statement.
What happens if I miss a payment?
You have up to 7 days after due date to make payment. Failure to do so might result in suspension.
Training & Onboarding
Do you provide training on how to use and manage the website?
Yes, we can guide you through the steps on how to manage the website yourself, but don’t forget that we do offer you maintenance inclusive.
Is there an onboarding process to help me get started with my new website?
Yes. We highly recommend that you speak to an expert first, that will guide you through the onboarding process.
Feedback & Revisions
How do you handle feedback and revisions during the design process?
We present you with the 1st Draft of the design and once both of us have the site on-screen, any feedback and revisions are communicated and implemented.
What if I’m not satisfied with the initial design?
We Re-Design. Your satisfaction of the design is our no.1 priority.
Miscellaneous
How do you handle website migrations if I already have an existing website?
We can get access to your current hosting and transfer all files and database over to our servers, but if you want to Re-Design your site alltogether, we would just design a new site from scratch. Should your website already have rankings on Google that needs to be preserved, on-site event tags or custom code, all technical elements will be considered.
Can I get a detailed proposal before committing to the package?
If you requirements are over and above our R499 package, with some technical or custom addons, we will be more than happy to send you a detailed proposal.
